Your inputs.
Your workspace.

Updated 13 October 2026. This page describes the current release’s behavior.

Calculations and files

Calculations, text processing, XML reports and image compression run in your browser. The application does not submit those inputs to our own server or store them in an account. Downloads are generated locally. Avoid placing sensitive data in campaign URLs or sharing exported files without reviewing them.

Questions and correction reports

The contact form supports questions, problem reports, tool suggestions and translation corrections. Copying or downloading a message stays local. Opening an email draft passes it to your mail application. When direct sending is enabled and you choose Send message, the contact fields are sent to our Cloudflare Worker and Email Service, addressed to our Gmail inbox. We use the reply email only to respond. Our code does not store messages in a database or log their contents; the email service, email providers and inbox process and retain messages under their own policies. Rate limiting uses a hashed connection address. Remove private data and credentials before sending.

Optional support chat

Tawk.to loads only when you choose Open chat in Help. It processes chat messages, any attachments you choose to share, and technical visitor information under its own policies. Our integration does not attach calculator inputs, results or uploaded tool files to chat. Chat consent is separate from analytics consent. Once loaded, the chat service can continue making requests while the page remains open. Closing the widget does not erase chat history or provider data.

Optional saved business scenarios

Business calculators let you explicitly save two scenarios. Their inputs, names, headline results and notes are stored in this browser’s local storage, without an account or upload. They remain on this browser until you clear them or the browser removes site data. Other people using this browser profile may see them. Browser settings can prevent persistence; the comparison then lasts for the current visit. Saving a scenario does not save file uploads, downloads or a health measurement history.

Clear saved scenarios removes the pair for the current tool. The button below removes all Small Hours scenario pairs in this browser. Reset clears the working result and restores initial inputs; saved scenarios remain until separately cleared.

Language preferences

The language menu and suggestion save only your selected language in this browser. Choosing Keep English saves English as your preference. We do not redirect you automatically or send this preference to a translation service. Browser settings can prevent saving. Choose another language in the menu to replace the preference.

Optional tool shortcuts

Favorites save only tool links in this browser. Recently opened tools are remembered only after you enable that option. Shortcuts contain tool identifiers, never calculator inputs, results, uploaded files or measurements. They are shared across languages in this browser profile. Turn off recent tools to erase that list, or use Clear tool shortcuts in the tools directory to remove favorites and recent tools together. This does not clear saved business scenarios. Browser settings can prevent persistence.

Body measurements

Height, weight, age, waist measurements and energy-estimate inputs use the same local calculation process. The tools do not create a health profile or save a measurement history. Use measurements without names or identifying details, particularly on a shared device. Someone who can see your screen or access your clipboard or downloads may still see information you choose to display or export.

Live DNS lookups

SPF, DMARC and DKIM tools can send the domain or selector you enter to Google Public DNS over HTTPS. Google receives the query and connection information under its own policies. Pasted-record modes do not require that lookup. A network failure produces an inconclusive result, not a fabricated pass. Review Google Public DNS privacy information before using live queries with a domain you consider sensitive.

Hosting and local behavior

The hosting service necessarily processes ordinary requests for this website, including technical connection data. We do not use advertising scripts or sign-up forms. Optional usage analytics is described below. The font is bundled with the site. Copying output uses your browser’s clipboard permission; generated downloads remain on your device. Links to source documents open another website, whose own privacy practices apply there.

Optional usage analytics

Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. PostHog in the EU receives page paths, tool identifiers, language, browser and device type, and actions such as runs, successful results, generic errors, copies and download clicks. A download click does not confirm that a file was saved.

We do not send input values, uploaded files, filenames, calculated results, page text, full referrers, URL queries or fragments. Session replay, automatic interaction capture and location enrichment are disabled. PostHog processes network requests and is configured to discard IP addresses.

Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. After acceptance, PostHog stores a random browser identifier in local storage to measure returning use. Use Analytics settings in the footer to withdraw consent at any time; this stops future collection and clears the analytics identifier. Existing events are not deleted by withdrawal. Browser privacy signals keep analytics off. If storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current page.

Review outputs before sharing

An email header or report can contain addresses, domains, IP addresses and message identifiers. A data export may contain customer or financial information. Local processing does not remove these details automatically. Inspect the preview and exported file, remove information that is unnecessary for the recipient, and check that a screenshot does not include unrelated inputs.

Resetting

Reset clears the displayed results and restores the initial form values. The application does not save inputs to an account or a measurement history. Browsers can restore form values or an entire page when you reload or navigate back, so leaving the page is not a reliable way to erase sensitive inputs. Use Reset before leaving a shared device. Your browser or device may retain downloaded files and clipboard content independently. Browser extensions and device software operate outside this application’s control. On a shared computer, clear any exported files and clipboard content you no longer need.

Understanding a tool’s scope

See Help for input and download behavior, and editorial standards for how examples and limitations are documented. If a tool introduces a new external service or saved-data feature, its explanation and this page should be updated alongside that change.

Common questions

Where do I start? Try an example, then replace its values with yours.

Why did my upload fail? Check the field error, accepted format and file-size limit. Start with a small sanitized sample.

Where are my results? Review the result panel, then use its copy or download controls. If a calculation fails, check the error beside the input.
